WALNUT DARK CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES đźŤŞ

Lightly toasted walnuts, oats, and chunks of semi-sweet dark chocolate folded into a dark chocolate dough.

 

Ingredients: All-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn flour, sea salt, cocoa powder, egg, unsalted butter, white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, 46.5% dark chocolate, oats, toasted walnuts.

 

TOASTED WALNUT HOT FUDGE

Hot chocolate fudge with lightly toasted walnuts folded in, where toasting releases their natural oils, adds an extra layer of richness, and deepens their nuttiness, complementing the notes of our in-house hot chocolate fudge.

 

Ingredients: Cocoa powder, brown sugar, unsalted butter, heavy cream, corn syrup, sea salt, toasted walnuts, 46.5% dark chocolate, dark roast espresso, vanilla extract.

STORING YOUR COOKIES

Even though we recommend enjoying your cookies fresh upon arrival, as that’s when they’ll taste their best, if you’d like to save them for later, store them in an airtight container to help maintain their texture and keep them from going stale.

 

STORING YOUR DIPS

For the dipping sauce, refrigerate for later consumption and ensure the lid is tightly sealed to help preserve its flavor. The dipping sauce will thicken after refrigeration - refer to “Getting the Perfect Dunking Consistency” for reheating instructions.

Getting the Perfect Dunking Consistency

The dipping sauce may thicken at room temperature or if kept in a refrigerator. It’s best enjoyed warm, so microwave in short 10-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until smooth and pourable enough for dunking your cookies in. Do not overheat as the sauce can burn.
