• As our products are freshly prepared food items, refunds are only offered in situations where the issue is determined to be our responsibility.

• Eligible cases may include:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Missing item from the order

  • Product significantly damaged upon arrival due to packaging or handling issues
     

2. Reporting an Issue

• To request a review, customers must contact us with:

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear supporting photos

• Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.
   

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds, replacements, or cancellations will not be provided for:​

  • Change of mind

  • Taste preferences

  • Incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability

  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors

  • Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handmade products
     

4. Refund Review

• All refund and replacement requests are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

• If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, the reflected amount may take some additional time to appear in your account.

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days from the date of initiation.
