These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers who use buildmycookie.com.

 

General

Build My Cookie (“we”, “us”) is a made-to-order cookie service based in Delhi. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Made-to-Order Product

• All our cookies are freshly baked on a made-to-order basis. As a result, slight variations in appearance, texture, and finish may occur.

2. Pre-Order & Delivery Model

• We operate on a pre-order basis using a daily 6pm cutoff cycle.

• Orders placed before 6pm will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 6pm will be delivered the day after.

• All orders placed within the same cutoff window share the same delivery schedule.

 

3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as preparation begins shortly after confirmation.

 

4. Order Availability

• While we currently do not operate with a fixed order limit, Build My Cookie reserves the right to pause or decline orders based on operational capacity or availability.

 

5. Delivery & Shipping

• All orders are shipped through third-party logistics partners, including Shiprocket.

• While we aim to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Build My Cookie is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

 

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including address and contact information.

• We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or inability to contact the recipient.

7. Refunds & Replacements

• As our products are freshly prepared food items, refunds or replacements are only provided in cases where the issue is determined to be our error.

  • Eligible situations may include:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Missing item

  • Product received in significantly damaged condition

• Supporting photos and order details may be requested for review.

 

8. Product Handling

• Our products are perishable in nature. We recommend consuming them soon after delivery and storing them as advised.​

9. Allergens

• Our products may contain or come in contact with common allergens including milk, wheat, soy, nuts, peanuts, and eggs.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before placing an order.

 

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including images, branding, logos, and text, is the property of Build My Cookie and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
